Acceptance of Terms
By using Sudan Registry services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Fees & Refund Policy
Property registration: $99.95 USD. Vehicle registration: $79.98 USD. If we reject your application after review, you receive a full refund of your fee. Otherwise fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, as work begins as soon as payment is received.
Disclaimer
Sudan Registry is a private, independent company and is not a government entity. Our records are private documentation and are not a substitute for official government records.
Privacy
We do not sell personal information. Running the service means the companies that host the site, store records and uploaded files, take card payments, and send email receive the information they need to do that work. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored in our database. After a record is verified, Polygon stores the reference number and a fingerprint of the record, not a readable name or ID. The public map shows the location that was pinned and does not show owner names. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep information and how to ask for deletion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the company's jurisdiction.
