Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you create an account we store the email, the name you enter, and, if you provide them, a phone number and country. A property or vehicle application also stores the details you type, including a national ID and the owner name, the documents you upload, and the map location you pin. We store the payment status, the amount, and the Stripe reference. We do not store the card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to sign you in, review the application, issue a certificate if we accept it, show a verified property on the public map, and email you about that application. Email is sent through Resend and can include the name on the application and the reference number.
Who else handles it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send your file to a government as part of this service. Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores the database and the uploaded files. Stripe takes the card payment. Resend sends the email. Upstash counts requests so the forms are not flooded; those counters are not your application. After verification, Polygon stores the reference number and fingerprints of the record.
What other people can see
The public map and the certificate check show the reference number, property type, state, size, the location that was pinned, and the blockchain fingerprint. They do not show owner names, including a family name, or the national ID. Names stay on your own account pages and in our review tools.
How long we keep information
The software has no automatic deletion date. We keep the account, the application, and the uploaded documents so the record can be reviewed and a certificate can still be checked. A Polygon transaction cannot be deleted. The reference number and the fingerprints stay on the blockchain.
How to ask for deletion
There is no delete button in the product. Email support@sudanregistry.com from the account email and say what you want removed. We can delete the account, the application, and the documents we hold. We cannot remove the blockchain entry. A verified map pin comes from our database, so it is no longer shown if that record is deleted.
