How it works

Payment is confirmed straight away. The certificate waits for a person to review the application, usually within 2–3 business days. The record is administrative, not a government title deed.

1. 1Fill in the formStart the form without an account. Enter the property or vehicle and upload the documents the form asks for. You sign in, or create an account, when you pay.
2. 2Pay the feeProperty registration is $99.95 USD. Vehicle registration is $79.98 USD. Payment is confirmed straight away. The review is not.
3. 3We review itA person on our team checks the application, usually within 2–3 business days.
4. 4Accepted or refundedIf we accept it, we write a fingerprint of the record to Polygon and issue a certificate. If we reject it, the fee is refunded in full.
5. 5Anyone can check the referenceA certificate reference can be looked up on the verify page. The result is shown only after that lookup.
