About Sudan Registry

Sudan's property and asset registration systems have long faced significant challenges. Many processes remain outdated, heavily paper-based, and vulnerable to inefficiencies that create delays, unnecessary costs, and opportunities for corruption. Weak infrastructure and limited access to modern technology have made it difficult for individuals and families to keep a record of their assets for future generations.

At Sudan Registry, we believe a private record can help. Our mission is to record claims to assets such as land, property, and vehicles outside the paper files that may have been lost. We are a private company. We are not a government land authority, and a record here is not a title deed.

Our platform stores the documents you submit and, after a person on our team reviews them, writes a fingerprint of the record to the Polygon blockchain. That fingerprint cannot be edited. It does not prove legal ownership, and we cannot guarantee that a court, bank, or ministry will accept it.

Sudan Registry is a place to document an ownership claim and the date it was made. It does not create, transfer, or protect a legal ownership right. Families can keep the reference number and check it later.

Our team reviews each paid application by hand, usually within 2–3 business days. If we cannot accept it, the fee is refunded. Keeping a record your family can still check is the service we offer.
